Meet and Greet

Our Meet and Greet service is a consultation that can be done either virtually or in person, and it is designed to help us understand your wellness goals and needs more fully. This hour-long meeting will give us an opportunity to discuss your pre- and post-surgical requirements, so that we can help you select the right package that will provide the support you need to achieve the best possible healing outcomes.

This service will allow us to get to know you better so that we can provide the most personalized and effective care possible. We look forward to meeting with you and helping you achieve your wellness goals.

Gold Standard Signature package

Our Gold Standard Signature package is a comprehensive concierge service that includes all the necessary care and assistance to help you get home and settled after surgery. This 4-hour package includes the following services: Education on discharge instructions to ensure you understand and follow all the necessary steps for a successful recovery.

-Vital signs check to monitor your health status and ensure you are stable.
-Physical assessment to evaluate your overall physical condition.
-Assessment and care of surgical wounds and drains in accordance with your surgeon’s orders.
-Monitoring of pain, urine output, and bowel status to ensure you are comfortable and progressing well.
-Deep breathing exercises to improve your lung function and prevent complications.
-Medication administration to ensure you are taking your medication properly and on time.
-Walking assistance to help you get up and move around safely.
-Tuck-in service to ensure you are comfortable and settled for the night.

Our Gold Standard Signature package is dedicated to ensuring that you have the best possible recovery experience.

Gold Standard Premium

With our Gold Standard Premium package, you can enjoy all the benefits of our Signature package with additional services that include: essential oil therapy to promote physical and emotional well-being, light meal preparation, bathing and grooming assistance, light housekeeping, running errands, and health education.

We also offer a Transportation Package for Procedures. This package is ideal for those who require a ride to and from the hospital or outpatient clinic and need someone to stay with them during their recovery from anesthesia. We will accompany you to the facility, wait for you to check out, drive you home, and provide companionship, light meal preparation, and health education related to your procedure.

Please note that a deposit is required to book our services, and the remaining balance is due before your procedure. This package is suitable for various procedures, such as colonoscopies, endoscopies, bronchoscopies, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, transesophageal echocardiograms, and cardioversions, among others.
