Our Certified Wound Care nurse combines art and science to deliver creative and innovative evidenced-based practices for managing patients with various types of acute or chronic wounds.
Throughout the treatment process, our nurse works in collaboration with your healthcare provider to develop and implement an effective wound treatment plan.
We offer an Initial Wound Care Visit, which lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and includes a complete health history assessment, comprehensive wound assessment (including measurements and pictures), wound care performed according to healthcare provider orders, and patient and/or caregiver education.
